Hi Andrew, thank you. So far all of the outcomes have been good ones. In recent jobs I have had fairly small departments of top talent individuals, so I haven’t had the opportunity to do this with other managers or cascade it to their direct reports.
I am guessing it is more valuable to these sort of top talent folks for whom engagement is important to keeping them vs. folks who are keeping their heads down and are happy to have a job, but that’s just guessing.
